Announcement of New NCD Canada National Partner

Christian A. Schwarz and Christoph Schalk of NCD International are pleased to announce that FORDelm Inc. is the new NCD National Partner for Canada, effective immediately. FORDelm is currently the Organic Quality Management (OQM) National Partner for Canada, and will bring together into one partnership both the church and para-church arms of NCD International’s work. FORDelm is a strategic growth consultancy across many sectors and as NCD National Partner, will take responsibility for all aspects of the ongoing development of NCD in Canada, including training, coaching and distribution of the Natural Church Development Survey, books and other resources.

Bill Bickle is the Principal of FORDelm. He brings a wide range of skills and experience to the role, and is passionate about the NCD paradigm as an effective way to grow fruitful, healthy churches. Christoph Schalk indicates that FORDelm is well positioned to help introduce the next generation of NCD to the Canadian Church, stimulating health and growth across denominational, cultural, linguistic and theological boundaries.

The current National Partner, The Leadership Centre Willow Creek Canada, will continue to offer NCD services until March 31, 2009 to ensure a smooth transition to FORDelm. The Leadership Centre has provided considerable energy and focus to church growth in Canada during its tenure as the National Partner, and will continue to do so through the other important ministries it represents. NCD International and FORDelm appreciate the foundation laid by The Leadership Centre for the new generation of work with NCD in Canada.

Ian Campbell, the current Director of NCD Canada, will return to Australia at Christmas to continue his work with NCD International. He will continue to be closely involved with NCD Canada, both in terms of the National Partner transition and then the strategic engagement of NCD Canada with developments internationally.
