The basics of these workshops could be covered in an hour and a half. However, for greater interest and understanding of information and impact, using more discussion and simulations, two to three hours are more beneficial.

Refugee Sponsorship
The Salvation Army is a Sponsorship Agreement Holder, in partnership with Citizenship and Immigration Canada to resettle overseas refugees through the Private Sponsorship of Refugees Program. In this program, local congregations (Constituent Groups) can sponsor specific refugees, who can be named by the sponsor, but must still be determined, by CIC criteria to actually be a refugee.
