The annual Partners in Mission emphasis begins soon, and a collection of resources has been posted on Salvationist.ca/partnersinmission. •    that “Partners in Mission” is the strategy International Headquarters developed in 2003 linking territories together for both financial and prayer support.
•    that the Canada and Bermuda Territory is partnered with: Germany-East; Hong Kong and Macau; Mexico; Liberia; Spain; Tanzania; Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar.
•    that each year every ministry unit receives a resource package to promote the Partners in Mission fundraising campaign.
•    that different ‘partner’ territories are highlighted in the material annually, with this year’s focus on Tanzania.
•    that short-term mission teams regularly support partner territories as well as a number of other countries.
•    that The Salvation Army is currently working in 115 countries around the world.
•    that these 115 countries make up 46 territories, 10 commands and
2 regions, and of those, 9 territories provide 90% of the support for
the international mission. The Canada and Bermuda Territory is one
of the 9.
•    that the Self-Denial / Partners in Mission campaign is worldwide, with all territories contributing.
