The annual Partners in Mission emphasis begins soon, and a collection of resources has been posted on Salvationist.ca/partnersinmission. Visit this link where you will find editable bulletins, posters, information inserts and personnel profiles, children's resources, several powerpoint presentations, logos, audio visuals, fundraising initiatives, and photos in both French and English.

Did you know?...

•    that “Partners in Mission” is the strategy International Headquarters developed in 2003 linking territories together for both financial and prayer support.
•    that the Canada and Bermuda Territory is partnered with: Germany-East; Hong Kong and Macau; Mexico; Liberia; Spain; Tanzania; Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar.
•    that each year every ministry unit receives a resource package to promote the Partners in Mission fundraising campaign.
•    that different ‘partner’ territories are highlighted in the material annually, with this year’s focus on Tanzania.
•    that short-term mission teams regularly support partner territories as well as a number of other countries.
•    that The Salvation Army is currently working in 115 countries around the world.
•    that these 115 countries make up 46 territories, 10 commands and
2 regions, and of those, 9 territories provide 90% of the support for
the international mission. The Canada and Bermuda Territory is one
of the 9.
•    that the Self-Denial / Partners in Mission campaign is worldwide, with all territories contributing.
•    that Canada and Bermuda has 59 personnel serving overseas, along with 14 children joining them.
